One question and one tip

Ok so my question is, why do some players have a little C in the left hand corner of their pic in the player list, what does it mean?

 

And my tip, If you get labeled as bad sport just return to dash board and load the game again.

Does not work if you are already a bad sport you must do it as soon as you get the message so the game doesn't have time to auto save.

 

I have evaded it 3 times because I accidentally blew up peoples cars while they were trying to hide behind them, I'm not going on a personal car blow up rampage so I don't feel bad when I evade it.

The C stands for Crew member, as in, you're in the same crew as that person.
