Hey Rockstar, I have a fix for defending playings being bad sports

Hey there, I hope Rockstar reads this because I just thought of a fix for a major problem in the game.

 

The problem is this, people who are defending themselves against attackers are being labelled as bad sports because a lot of the time the attackers vehicle gets destroyed. This is like charging the victim for a crime. Makes no sense, and it is really annoying a lot of players. On top of that, the defending player who successfully defends themself has to pay for the insuare on the attackers vehicle.

 

Here is the fix.

 

When a player is shot by another player have it activate a timer (5:00?) where the defending player can destroy the attackers car with NO penalty at all. Not even paying the insurance.

 

There is already a check of some sort for damage I assume because when you kill someone it says who killed them. Just add the toggle in there. (If defending player takes damage from player, toggle car destroy on, else, nothing)

 

In the on screen tips add a note stating that if you attack another player your vehicle can be destroyed for 5 minutes or whatever the timer is.

 

If you want to go one step further, have it toggle on only if a player shoots another player FROM their personal vehicle.

 

That shouldn't be too hard to pull off, and it would make A LOT of people happy.

I like this idea.. then again I think you should be able to blow up all the cars you want.. and just pay the insurance claim to replace it.. because when that is the case their is no harm no foul.. I would rather my car be blown up and paid for then say I die with stars and my car gets inpounded
