Problems accessing last two missions...

Ok, I've completed every mission I have found, and still havent gotten the Cell Phone call which allows me to access the last two mission. Can anyone gimme an idea of what I'm missing?

 

So far I've done...

 

- All Vercetti Missions prior to the last 2

- Gotten the Boatyard Assett

- Gotten the Malibu Assett

- Gotten the Studios Assett

- Gotten the Kaufman Cabs Assett

- Bought the Pole Position (Havent gotten it as an assett if it can be one)

- Bought Cherry Popper Ice Cream (Havent gotten it as an assett if it can be one)

- Bought various apartments and condos and homes

- Done the Love Fist/Biker Missions

- DOne EVERY mission on my radar (when an icon doesnt disappear when you go out of range)

 

The only icon that remains on my radar when I don't go away from it is the Cassette icon from your hotel on the beach.

 

Any ideas on WHAT I'm missing?

for cherry poppers u have to sell do 50 deals in the ice cream truck without getting pulled out of it or getting out of it

for strip club go in the private show in the back and watch ur money go down every 2 seconds takes 5 bux let the stripper take 600 bux then exit and it u be done with it
