Well, they completely ruin the look of the car, wheels are probably the biggest thing when it comes to rating a car.

Nah, that monroe deserves a 10/10. It's got that classic italian styling. Your Banshee looks like a 10 year old sh*t on it.

 

10/10 for the Dubsta. Looks like something I'd ride into battle.

I do play Midnight Club. One of the best games ever. And funny thing is that even though you play a "realistic game" (forza) your cars still look like sh*t.

EDIT: Super ninja'd... 8/10 on the Hotknife I like the look but the black seems too dark, maybe a couple shades lighter on the primary/secondary or it's just the photo

rate my budget batmobile attempt (it gives me an excuse to add the off road tires and wing for racing otherwise it'd be normal)

I like it, personally I dont like the lip spoiler nor the fenders but they go really well with the look you are going for.
the shade of blue is great + tuner rims are always the best
you could possibly go with a lighter tint for the window maybe?
