Not horrible but not great, I don't like the center caps being just gold. If it had all gold wheels it would be way better, they look out of place the way that they are. 7/10

9/10 I love the basic Cometness of it. It is very clean indeed and the rims go well with the car, the color contrast is awesome the only thing that could help would be the arch extenders to give it a more "track day" feel.

Anyhow, if you really want to make your Oracle look like a hearse so badly then your best bet is to use the Clone Stamp Tool. Hold the Alt key and select an area you would like to "clone" and once you're ready, paint where you need to paint. Keep doing this over and over again and you'll end up with something pretty neat looking. Once I made Big Smoke disappear through this method.
