You need to shoot the middle of the wheels on both ends a couple times with a sniper rifle. But not too much or ur car will blow up. It won't work if you have BP tires. I'm not sure if it is a permanent change or not but I highly doubt it is.

^That looks sick man. And what I did was a Brushed Black Steel Paint with a Ultra Blue Pearlescent + my Crew colour over top that. All Goku-themed. I did, however change the rims on it and found some that fit better:

Love the ballin' old-timey Glendale. Bought one, and tried some colour schemes, but couldn't make it look right. You did a damn good job on it though. For a Glendale:10/10

The body mods are subtle, and when it comes to modifying cars, less is more in my books! I also like how the front end is lowered so the rear end appears higher, giving it a dragster-ish vibe (I guess? I don't know how to word it, but it looks cool and very muscle-ish). Good colour, no overly dark tint and reasonable rims. 9.5/10

 

The Rebel I own:

The secondary colour (the "Rebel 4x4" writing on the side) is chrome, but it may be hard to tell from this picture. Window tint looks a little dark as well. It's supposed to be the lightest non-stock tint.

7.2/10 Not feeling the hood. Never used those rims but I guess they aren't too bad from the rear. To keep the same sizing you can look through the muscle and tuner rims sections too.

 

Tried to make a 69 Pontiac GTO "The Judge". The sunrise orange coat will be getting a minor pearlescent coating today for a little more shine.
