my sci fi exemplar...and yes I used a colour other than alloy, black or silver on the rims...believe it or not the flashes of fluorescent blue work well when it's moving and add to the evoking of mass effect in my mind at least

Looks good, 9/10!! Only thing I'd add is a very light window tint, and some sport exhaust tips if you don't have them. I like the color!
