It's a hex edited custom crew color, I'm assuming you know what that is?

**it will look almost black on the crew page, but the color lightens significantly when applied to ur car.

 

But first, give it a matte paint job with a bright yellow pearl (racing yellow maybe?) and

apply the crew color afterwards (it will keep your yellow pearl & matte finish)

It is indeed Underground. Probably the best racing game ever, in my opinion. Though that may be because of a combination of nostalgia goggles and my bias towards Japanese cars.

I played a lot of underground 2, and the old hot pursuit 2.. I could agree with you back then, but i kinda lean towards gt5/gt6 now. learning how to fine-tune makes things interesting
