The Z-Type looks really cool but im not sure about the white walls..9/10

That Elegy looks like a really classy GTR Black edition which is cool but not very creative like the Z-Type 8/10

Maybe it's the angle of the picture but I can't tell if you were going for a golden yellow or a brownish yellow, but it looks nice. I'd go with different rims, maybe. I'd give that Elegy a 7/10.

As for ratings

 

lokdogiv: 7/10. I just don't like the Elegy's race mod bumpers and stuff, but the color looks great.

Praz94: 7/10 Looks a ton better than before, but I just can't stand 90% of the spoilers in GTA.

pysco_realm747: 6/10 It's alright, same problem as lokdogiv's with the kit, and the yellow/black combo is alright. It's not bad, just used a ton.

Yeah the chrome red I had for ages which was temporary... It was from the money apocalypse days and i had billions to just spend so i just bought the most expensive of everything, wasn't actually trying to make it look nice, but now after hours and hours of farming RR i have enough money to do some of the cars over (but still gotta save money for the new 10 car garage)

 

I was tempted to take off the spoiler completely, but I didn't mind having the smaller one on there because its black and matches the rims, I think it looks pretty decent

as for the Penumbra 6/10. It's clean, not stupid looking, but I just don't dig the car in general. Hell, cheifsta can't make one look good imo.

in the most part, someone else did it (not calling a name), and i just did some little adjustments.
