I did some research on the glitch, it's quite simple.

 

Get a rhino tank.

Some fag did the stupid passive mode invincibility glitch and it was annoying as hell. He can get in a car but you can't shoot him with bullets or explosives.

 

His boyfriend and him kept putting bounties on me and yeah.
