Multiplayer Character In Singleplayer, Look At This!

Has anyone experienced this glitch?

I simply tried to switch online sessions and it put me in my apartment but i wasn't actually online. I could walk/run about with guns equipped, had a special ability bar like you can see but i couldn't leave the apartment.

The door to leave your apartment just opens into a hallway with an elevator at the end and i tried using cheats but they wouldn't work (i tried using the skyfall cheat to escape)

The stats bar for online and the option to change character were not there neither.

Several times...if you go to your bank website you might be Trevor,Michael or Franklin.i couldn't interact with anything or call for a mission but it was sorta funny.also I have been "Michael" in multiplayer maps, ghost towns where there's no cars,people, or any kind of interaction possible.

I switched sessions after a mission via the online tab in the pause menu, instead of it throwing me in a fresh session it put me back to single player as my online guy in my apartment

Janky connection to the server

hit your standby button or start a torrent and then jump online from SP will probably do it, but when this occurred there was nothing to actually do.

Must have been, freaked me the f*ck out at first when it happened haha

Another way I found to mess up the connection is to use my phones hot spot start logging in then make a phone call lol, usually slams my bandwidth sufficiently hehe.
