I'm going with the PS4 why you may ask? Its more powerful then the cablebox called Xbox One.

 

Lets take a look at BF4 on both next Gen games.

 

BF4 on XB1 720p 60fps

BF4 on PS4 900p* 60 fps

now lets take a look at the pixels per second the consoles need to render

XB1 = 1280x720x60 = 55.2 million pixels per second

PS4 = 1600x900x60 = 86.4 million pixels per second

That is a 57% increase in performance on the PS4

The Xbox One is a weak console. There so called good exclusive Ryse ( If I spelled it right ) runs at 900p NOT 1080p. From what we heard the only excluisve that runs at 1080p is Forza.

Dead Rising 3 is 720p with 20 FPS.

 

I'd be really amused if (Although it might never happen) San Andreas was an Xbox One exclusive, your reaction would be simply amusing to watch.

Xbox One for me! I love the design of the console and the controller. It is just the one for me! I'll get the ps4 eventually but I can only afford one right now and the Xbox 360 has been my choice for this gen, so Xbox One it is for me!

Like I said before a long time ago. I don't have a problem with Microsoft and I do OWN a 360 and enjoy it. I have a problem with all the fanboys that use to talk sh*t about the PS3 this gen and now half are on PS4 and the other half is with Microsoft. I just love watching them get upset over little things that they bragged about with Xbox 360.

 

Now we got party chat. Sure they can go up to 30 ( Somewhere around that number ) but how is that organize?

PS+ is better and judging from both games releasing free sh*t the PS+ is doing way better with newer games. Who hasn't played AC2, DR2, or Halo 3?

Controller is all opinion so can't judge that. PS4 controller is bigger and so is Xbox One.

Judging by presales the PS4 will have a larger online community this time around.

 

I'm trying to help people make up there mind. Still hard to get money out here and if you have the extra money for consoles but don't feel like doing the research I want to help them. The PS4 is all about gaming while the Xbone is more about entertainment like TV, Movies, Games. I can't make them pick one but I can HELP them decide.

I really don't think Sony had the same plans that Microsoft had for E3. Sony knew they f*cked up with the PS3 and got lucky it got its sales back up to the top. They now know its about the gamer while Microsoft saw how Sony got its sales higher then the 360 and wanted to improve on that. Microsoft kinda expected Sony to do the DRM, always on connection and it back fire and could even destroy the company if they don't give back to the fans.

With my experience with PS+ I had some issues that I won't get into. (Me losing money because of network problems.) Now, they may have fixed those problems but, I haven't had any issues with Xbox Live. That's just me though. And I was a victim of the infamous PSN hack. And that soured my opinion of PSN. But yes i'll admit, PS+ does release better games for free.

The PS4 faq released yesterday was a little disheartening. 5400rpm hard drive? No SSD option? No external hard drives?

 

This may sound a little absurd, but I was hoping for a larger leap in technology. I think Apple has spoiled me in that regard. The iPad air is nearly as powerful as the Nvia Shield and it gets a decent update every year.

 

It also concerns me that the Xbone isnt capable of acheiving 1080p on some of these cross platform games. Doesn't that seem a little odd, given the day and age?

 

Edit - took a second look at the faq and can admit im being a little fatalistic - but i still feel a little underwhelmed. Anyone else, or is it just me?
