Hey guys! I am Fleur De Lis, RaVeN_1515 ingame, & leader of Convix. I would like to reach out to GTA Online players and try to recruit a small team to represent my clan. I'm going to try to keep this as short as possible so everyone reading can hold onto what sanity they have left.

 

 

 

 

My goal is to have a close-nit team that can pull off the largest of heists with precision. Teamwork is the goal, and screwing around is fine, but I want us to stay focused when we do larger jobs that require it.

I don't have any requirements to those interested. I don't care if you think you suck, or not. If you're willing to work with a team to accomplish something easier then you should fit right in. We can always train and get better so I'd rather have a respectful group focused on teamwork, than a group of elite Rambos.


Activity

I realize that this could be a problem. If a heist takes say 8 players, and we only have 5 or 6 online, then we would have to trust random people that would probably have no interest in working as a team, so I would like to have about 20 to 30 players at first. I myself work some pretty long days, but then get like 3 to 4 days off, so I don't mind if you are a casual player interested in joining as well.

Ranks

Ranks are going to go completely case by case. If I set some standard then soon enough we'll have arguements & it's really not worth it. Everyone has their own personality, and also plays differently, so this is the reason.
