Phoenix?

I have a phoenix right now, and am wondering if I should keep it or not.

How rare are they in Online/where do they normally spawn if they are rare?

Theyre not rare, I almost always find one at the docks after giving simeon a car. Otherwise theyre all around that area and the La Mesa area.

I guess I won't keep it then. I like to only keep rarer cars in my garage (as if I can just nab it on the street a lot it's just silly)

Its one of those cars you can suddenly see hundreds of within a few minutes, and then not see them for days.

I'd keep it. I kept the one I found earlier, wanted to give it away but the guy who wanted it took forever to join my game.

I found a matte black one a few weeks down by the docks.

I tricked it out drove it around and then sold it to make room.

Didn't realize it was rare. I haven't seen one since though.

Had a nice sound to it. Not as good as the Sabre turbo (best sounding muscle car I think?)

They spawn near simiones garage out in the docks.. Not rare at all

its as rare as any rare car is in this game... you can look for days and not find one... or you turn down the street and there are 100's of them...

 

I went to find the Sentinel and its not where anyone said they saw it... no that they are wrong, just have to wait for the right spawn, which seems random, and slightly based on what other cars are around and what you are driving...

I was in a long gun battle at the sandy shore airport, and I'd just periodically run over to the spawn spot to check for it and found it within half an hour this way.

i never ever see the pheonix , i see every other muscle car spawn like crazy at times but never the pheonix
