Racing gives you a lot of xp, imo. More than missions, since races are less time consuming.

Racing - but only if you're good. Anything less than 3rd place isn't really worth it but 1st will get you about 3400 RP in less than 3 minutes. Added bonus is they pay well, too.

 

Next would be survival with good teammates. About 4k RP per 10 waves plus 10 rp for each kill. If you don't have a good team you can fail the survival early and/or waves take forever. I beat sawmill solo the other night but it took me 45min - 1hr.

Also if you are bored of racing, pick up the crates in free roam, i think every crate is atleast 500 RP. The special crates are like 5k RP.

Racing is the way to go. Especially if you're decently good at it. Last night I was lvl 49, but by this morning I was 57 and all I did was race. Also made good money.

Racing Criminal Records with 1 lap by yourself over and over will net you between 500-630 RP roughly every minute and a half.. Takes 30 seconds to complete the lap and another 30 seconds to restart the race.. So About 1200RP Every minute and a half to 2 minutes...... Boneyard survival is also pretty good, at lvl 22 i'm doing boneyard and it takes between 15-20 min to complete all 10 levels with a team of 3 (players who know what they are doing) and that nets you 20k and between 3500-5k in RP... I'm finding though that most people who play boneyard are idiots and just run around in the open and get killed every round after the first few rounds... Word of advice for boneyard, there's a trailer near the ARMOR that spawns directly under the sign, you can hide behind the trailer and poke out to shoot all enemies and the only things that can harm you really are choppers, so take choppers out fast...

Actually, the fastest way, without even racing is to grind the Potshot mission on hard mode over and over. $7000 and atleast 1100RP in less than 5 minuets.

Get with some high rank players and just keep doing missions with them. I rank up 3 or 4 times in a couple hours like that. Went from 185 to 188 today.

I do Medrazo's missions exclusively because he gives good cash and decent XP. I do missions so I don't get bored, but hey that's just me. If you love racing, then I recommend that, I don't race anymore cause people just crash into each other and it's pretty annoying.

Coveted on hard, Chemical Extraction on hard, Extradition on hard, Judging the Jury on hard plus a Buzzard to make it easier, TDMs, Rooftop Rumble on hard. That's alln I can think of atm lol
