In the country. They spawn more if youre driving a truck from my own experience

I've seen the on the freeway near the docks and near the bridge, only a few times though probably less than any other spawn ca I've spotted other than the Vigero which doesn't seem to spawn much either

Seen them around sandy shores area. I had one with the tonnel cover but didn't want it because its non removable. Saw it parked at the gas station but that's not a permanent spawn location.

saw two along the west code driving up the highway in the hotel resort? parking the lot. (the place where you can play tennis)

I see them all the time near the Mod Shop by my apartment. The one by the beach.

The easiest way I found to find a bobcat is to steal a taxi cab and drive around in it on the hwy near the beach and going north. Works for me
