Epsilon mission problem

Today I started these series of missions but for some reason it has stopped progressing/working. Firstly I met the guy that tells me about the website, then I went onto their website and completed the questionaire. I then went to the "?" and seen the red vehicle while saying a prayer 2 guys came up and kicked me (Micheal) in the nuts then face. Shortly later woke up and got a message to give them $500. I actually gave them $5000 and saved several times but nothing happened, so I went onto the website again and gave them another $500...So I saved several more times but still nothing is happening. A few more Story related missions later...still nothing

 

I punched the very first guy who told me about the website, doubt that had an effect though?

I read that a certain patch fixed some problems with this mission though I deleted the patch and re-installed it after all of the events I said above...still nothing. Bit annoying I only found out about this because I wanted the trophy as it is missable Also, will this effect the 100% completion trophy?

 

So is there any way to fix this? abit of a let down tbh (I'm on PS3)

Nevermind flase alarm the quest continued right after I completed the mission "Monkey business"
