Letter Scrap Problem

I have 49/50 Letter scraps collected and when I go to collect the last one it looks like it's half stuck in the ground and I am not able to collect it no matter what. Sometimes it makes the noise that I picked it up but it never pops up that I found that scrap and it always respawns there in that exact way. I've tried restarting my console and it makes no difference. Any help?

 

Edit: It fixed itself after another restart.
