It's meant to be played on a small sdtv so it's understandable.Believe me, it's gonna strain your eyes for the first hour, but then you'll get used to it.It'll make you appreciate the graphical advancement GTA V made. Even a decent PC nowaday should be able to run it and run it in HD, which won't make it look perfect but it won't look like crappy SD upscaled. There are mods to make it work with a 360 controller but it should normally support the average gamepad. Otherwise you're gonna be looking at a very crummy looking version.
