new lsc glitch fixed?

So i was doing my normal routine of driving in, selling, pausing and swapping when i came back in game on foot, baller actually sold =(

 

tried with another one of my cars and lsc told me they need no more cars =(

 

can anyone confirm if its just me or is it really patched somehow
