Prison break invitation.

Finale with three random, 2 of them fairly high ranked, something around 100, one player being rank 22. Hard difficulty. No microphones.

I gave it a chance for the fvck of it.

But I assumed the low rank to mess up.

I was wrong.

We made it on first try.

This was some unexpected satisfaction.

Years earlier, I started being the pilot, not knowing what the others had to do.

And even when switching roles, always assuming the others f*ck it up somehow, prisoner getting shot, buzzard too close to prison getting shot, plane crashing, seen it all.

Guess the most depressing moment was when we made a perfect getaway, players entering the plane, about to take off, buzzard destroying a police chopper which happened to crash into the velum about to take off.

Boooom!

However, this very session I joined.

We made it on first try.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Low ranked players are underrated. It's a mistake to kick them from a lobby. I've lost count of the amount of times the low ranked guy was the best on the team.

True dat.

During missions, ceo missions, I can see low rank players working their ass off to gain RP and money, yet while in heists it's a different thing.

Hard difficulty means one death and it's all over.

And I still see their dedication, but also players don't have the access to certain weapons, body armor and health in general.

I don't go too low when kicking, rank 40, 50 something?

Anything below is for gamblers.

I did the Cashing Out casino mission with a rank 9 guy. After many many attempts with other players, many of them much higher ranked than me, and many of them calling me an idiot, I tried again with a rank 9 guy, and we absolutely nailed it. He was French, so communication was pretty much impossible. But it was clear that he knew his limits and knew when to attack and when to run and hide and eat snacks etc.

Today, I was continuing taking advantage of this weeks bonus on crates and VIP work with a random associate I had hired. Now a few crates sources in, I notice a couple of fighter jets coming after me (I hadn't collected the crate at this point so no crates were even on the radar). After several evasive maneuvers on my oppressor--dodging their missiles and retreating to a nearby tunnel to collect myself and throw them off a bit--I manage to outsmart these griefers and take both of them down. At this point I decide to go for the objective and toss the signal flare down. My  associate and I collect the crates and continue on.

Moments later they're at it again, in an oppressor and one of those new aircraft from smugglers run I think it was. I'm still on my oppressor, and associate in an unarmed insurgent. Quickly I take evasive maneuvers and take out the oppressor. At this point, I just decide to activate ghost organization. We successfully deliver the crates. I don't know why I didn't just leave and find a new session, I was just kind of entertained I guess being able to outsmart these guys.

Anyway, an hour or so of the same thing really. They never manage to kill me or destroy anything--I just outsmart them and kill them or ghost organization defensively. Eventually though, during one crate source when I almost reach the vehicle I get obliterated from the orbital cannon. That was kind of hilarious they had to resort to that to get me--and no my cargo was fine. I still delivered it to my warehouse. A few more cargo sources and headhunter/hostile takeover work go by. These guys didn't let up.

Eventually, they started just repeatedly killing the associate and I found that upsetting so I stop doing and help him out. I held my ground and not once did they take me down in my defensive role. Just a few extra kills on them for me.

Anyway, it was a pretty entertaining evening for me. Also, I can't say how amazing ghost organization is when used defensively to carry on with whatever ceo work you are trying to do the way I imagine it was meant to be.

Today joining Meth Lab survival, a rank 400 something in, a rank 44 and some 100 something dude.

The latter was a decent player, dying almost every wave, but definitely going at it, putting enemies down.

The rank 44 looked totally ridiculous with that fruit face mask and colorful casino clothes.

Didn't pay much attention to him.

First thing I did was head to the back stairs, blocking them with the trash bins using the up n atomizer.

I see the rank 400 guy doing so too, when we blocked it good I wrote him "it's OK", he would not reply and keep on shooting the up n atomizer still moving them bins.

I went for killing enemies and still hearing his up n atomizer,

assuming he was messing around.

Wave 3 or 4 started and the guy, who btw had a look like the regular oppressor griefer, but looking close not really, did the thing.

Holy sh*t. He made a f*cking fortress with a trap for enemies.

Two trash bins were inside the shop area, enemies were not able to pass the counter.

But players were.

Backside, not them two trash bins and the boat, he placed the blue van wreck there.

All in a composition that ALL enemies would gather there and me coming around the corner emptying shells into them.

He asked me to kick rank 44, which we did, only to add another friend of his and now mine.

That was some good sh*t.

Needless to say, we survived

I had some noob report me for being rank 1000+ the other day.    Good thing Rockstar don't give a damn about report tickets. lol      Conversation went along the lines of.

Noob - Reported for modding (this is PS4.   Some glitches to allow teleporting and godmode, but no modders.)

Me - Good thing my ranks legit then

Noob - Your rank is impossible to be legit.

Noob then quit the session.

Like people realize this game has been out since 2013 right?   I'm using the same character I started way back on PS3 all those years ago.    Yes 1000+ is very doable.    Especially when 2X exp & $$ either racing or CEO crates.    You got a ton of rank from those events.     If I was 8000, sure.    That's mathematically impossible to get.     Even 2000 I'd be pretty wary if it's real.     But 1000?     Come on.

Bought 3 PR4s and an R88.

Realised the tracks are terrible apart from one.

Realised the props and cars are not in the creator yet (if they are, I can't find them).

Tried a race with other people, total smashfest as usual, no body panels left by the second corner so no ability to even steer, pits miles away.

Rockstar waste another golden racing opportunity. Just force every race as non-contact and get rid of the ghost opacity. Just show the cars in full opacity and remove the collision mechanics.

Hardly rocket surgery, is it?

Went AFK.

Went shopping IRL.

Had an "odd circumstances" moment today.

Was doing daily objectives and had a $1000 bounty put on me as soon as I left my arcade by some level 10. Had Freemode Challenge pop up and thankfully one started shortly after with nobody bounty hunting. It was Near Misses so I got on the freeway and ended up near Paleto when I won.

Figured I'd go to Invite Only but then remembered I had to steal a military vehicle and was close to Zancudo. Headed there and someone started an Air Cargo sale as I approached. And of course as soon as I got in the Lazer I was shot down. I'm sure the bounty made it look like I was griefing. Pulled out my phone to text him but then figured it wasn't worth it as it was too long to explain and would still sound like an excuse. So instead I got out my minigun and shot at him a little as he flew around the base...not the one actually sourcing the Air Cargo, his Lazer guard. Then logged off. Might as well play the part I guess.

Any of you high rank players find yourselves regularly getting stalkers? By stalkers I mean noobs and little kids (probably) who follow you round the session begging for money and / or wanting to use your vehicles? I'm not talking about tryhards and griefers, but the players who want to be your friend and pester you to play with them and help them make money.

I seem to be a magnet for these players, I'm like the f*cking Pied Piper of Los Santos sometimes. They follow me around beeping at me to get in their garishly coloured cars, or constantly spam me to join their party or send me messages wanting money or to ride around on the Oppressor. Then I get the message that they have added me as a friend. lol

Sometimes they follow me on foot and stand there, waiting for me to do something.

I mean, I'm pretty patient with these kids because I think of my own ten-year old upstairs who is probably doing the same thing with his little gang of oppo's, but it's pretty relentless. I'm a virtual babysitter!

Yesterday, I had a spare hour to play, but found myself flying round the map in the Valkyrie whilst three excited noobs shot at everything and everyone with the door cannons. (They couldn't hit a bus at ten yards, so no damage done)

When I had had enough and went into creator mode, they were still spamming me across XBOX live messenger "Where did you go?" "What are you doing?"

I eventually switched the thing off, I thought my own kids were bad enough.

Yeah, that's one of the reasons I don't stay in public sessions.

I don't mind lending them my cars, they usually get bored in 3-4 minutes, but the constant begging for money is very annoying.

I was sitting across from the casino bar next to the cashier's office. Randomly, Bryony was next to me. I just wanted to chill and watch other players going about their business.

Eventually, another player walked by. He checked out my character in first person mode as he moved off to the left. It was like a slow mo, drive-by doubletake lol. Then, he turned back and stood in front of me for a few moments. Meanwhile, my character just sat there with his arms folded and legs crossed. The other player sent a text message: 'Vin Diesel?' I replied: 'Max Payne 3. :D' He replied back with: 'nice.'

My character was dressed in a white vest, tan cargo pants, copper boots, with a bald head, scruffy beard, aviators and silver watch. It's fun to run around in cosplay and see other people's reactions.

Sounds all too familiar here, lol. They really are crazy at how they text or spam session invites etc. But when you are doing something like you said with the Valkyrie, you can really see/hear how much fun they're having too. Simple fun often, but innocent and silly, you know? Just happy to actually be doing what they're doing, and I do enjoy playing with other anyhow when knowing the gaming is just fin like that.

But when it's time to go, because unlike those young'uns, I gotta cook, work, wash, etc. They do get carried away if they see you on the next time or when I switch it back on I see a ton of notifications, lol. Doesn't help that I'm on my lads friends list and when he meets another and goes saying 'my dad's good at that heist' or something, lol. Little sh*ts. 🤣

It gets silly with messages being spammed for 10 mins, when the random most probably has a headset and hiding in a private chat..... when you might as stay in game chat and socialize.

and if there is one load mouth knobhead > pause menu > players > find the git and mute.

I usually do Invite Only lobbies, but decided last night to hit a Public Lobby.

Went to the Casino as usual, only to win some red sweatshirt 😞. Then decided to do some bounty hunting only to be beaten by a player in the OPMKII.

Then, a random player decided to start killing me...but in interesting ways...almost old-school kills by running me over with a helicopter, etc. I thought that was cool, haven't seen that done for a long time. I had him chase me to the scrap yard and dropped a trail of proximity mines as I went for cover. I killed him twice, which was enough for him to leave.

After that battle, I had to leave and go back to real life.

It was a fun session for me.

today i done a mc business sale from my meth lab (three garbage trucks), i managed to do 5 drops in the first truck but a level 80 random decided to destroy my 2 remaining trucks.

so i sent mercs after him and placed a $10k bounty on him, and i used the navigation to highlight him and marked him on gps, he got away from the mercs by going to his bunker in blaine county.

but i followed the gps to him and layed out some proxie mines and left and waited (about 5 - 10 minutes later i got him)!😄

and i went to my cocaine lockup but when i checked to see where he was, he was waiting outside my cocaine lockup, so i checked my security cameras and seen where he was waiting.

and i was planning on going off radar and get get him but r*'s wonderful pvp servers disconnected on me.

I feel like i'm noticing a activity drop whenever i seem to play at 22:00 hours.

There seems to be a very sudden drop in activity, hard to get into doomsday heist or casino heist.

Very puzzling stuff, i know the coronavirus is a thing but there is something fishy going on rn...

Just bumming around and saw a Hot Property case near me.  I saw that a Level 59 took it.  I'm a level 757 and while I suck against try hards, I can usually at least hold my own against your average GTA'er.  I don't care about my K/D ratio but I think I'm like a 2.0 or something.  I never grief, only shoot when shot at, don't destroy crates or whatnot.

Anyways getting to the point I don't know what sparked in me but I thought to myself "I'm gonna get that hot property case"....shouldn't be a problem, it's a level 59...

Shot the dude in the los santos river basin and he dropped it.....then he spawned on the other side.  I'm thinking "okay I'll go down, retrieve it, and go back up the side he's not on and then drive away.

That level 59 then proceed to stomp my ass every time I went to get the case.  He stayed on the other shoreline and sniped or rpg'ed me relentlessly.  By the time the case timer had run out, he shot me 12 times to my 1.  And I was TRYING too.

At the end I couldn't even mad, I texted him "GG, you kicked my ass" and went on my way.  Level 757, destroyed by a level 59 :)

I just avoided a trap

I was driving a top range Proto X80 to my vehicle warehouse, managed to shake the cops with only about 2k worth of damage, i get round the corner from my warehouse and i see three players on the minimap, with passive mode off, i stopped round the corner to see what they would do, nothing, i considered sending a message asking them kindly to move or what they're doing but i didn't as they usually does the opposite, i decided to just do it, i planned to drive the car straight into the zone where it will end up in the warehouse, but as i went round the corner there were three players standing in the parking lot and a car blocking off the entrence, which i hit, but i reversed and swerved round him, the other player tried to run to the car but he was too late.

Car safe! i saw on the map that the players were now dispersing, clearly up to no good!

Then i went to another lobby

I got a guy a few days ago on an oppressor who was following me around, complimented me on my parking skills (i was sitting parked up in a Primo in downtown) then he landed next to me and said "want a go?" i said "no thanks" and he flew off, not sure if he was one of my friends or just some random player

I'm starting to become really anti social in this game.  I pretty much hate everyone and trust no one.  Probably why I play mostly in invite only and only jump into public, do the NAT test to sell my Nightclub.

So....by LS Customs I see a bunch of CEO's/Presidents running around and no one dying. I investigate, and it's a random car meet...everyone's just spinning donuts etc. I join, and it only ends when too many cops show up lol
