Felt amazing to coordinate with my friends earlier and play LSC like a real band of criminals instead of just obliterating the map with Hydras and Savages. Its a lot different when you play it how it's meant to be played. I encourage anyone reading this to leave the Hydra on the helipad and get your feet on the ground once!

after the umptienth time of leaving the car to deal with terminator NPCs, I notice a speeding player (lvl 95) nearby

he's driving a plain black RE-7B

he seems hell-bent on reclaiming my stolen possession

I negociate with him

with a minigun

shredding his ugly automobile and his flesh to pieces

I speed off the scene

I notice him chasing me with poor results

I successfully deposit the Stirling in that warehouse near an oil field in Murrieta

my enemy is waiting outside

he stole an Oracle beforehand

he attempts to rek me

instead, I rek him after he loses control on the snowy road

I also rek him two more times with a heavy sniper as a warning

he runs up a mountain, never to be seen again

that probably taught him not to take on a lonely CEO with a minigun

This is kind of a loooong story, but it's the first time anything similar has happened to me so I feel like sharing anyway.

 

I started a round of headhunter to make some $$$ in between crate collections, as usual. Got in my buzzard, and as I approached the first target, I hear the sound effect that plays when someone has locked onto your helicopter. I barely manage to dodge as I notice some guy in his buzzard coming in hot. We have a lame buzzard fight for a couple seconds, but since I can't pilot choppers to save my life, he destroys me with a missile.

 

I respawn on the ground, under the huge bridge close to the airport. He's still flying nearby, but he hides behind the bridge so missiles won't hit him, getting out of cover every now and then to try and kill me with a missile. I decide to try something different, and use my heavy sniper to try and get him directly. I miss a few shots, then finally manage to scope him.

 

He respawns and stands still, then I get a message saying "holy sh*t nice shot." I reluctantly thank him, thinking he might be stalling to mug me or something. He immediately asks if I can help him sell some weed when I'm done. I decided sure, why not. I help him sell, it must have been a small shipment or something (no idea how biker business works) because I only get 11k. I don't really mind though, money is money. I then ask him to help me in return, he says yes.

 

I collect the remaining crates for my small warehouse with him, doing headhunter to give him an incentive to stay. We fill the warehouse up quickly, and I decide to sell it immediately. Thankfully, we got the easiest delivery vehicle: trucks. No way to f*ck it up. We finish quickly, then I send him a thank you message, and ask him if he needs help with his biker business. He says he's good, and that he has to go. He leaves.

 

This was literally the first time I've encountered a genuinely friendly/helpful random, I fully expected him to leave the session after I initially helped him. Truly a christmas miracle!

I like the snow but I hadn't had any memorable moments in it this year until today.

 

I had ten meth packages to deliver, using two Dodos, and because I didn't time it very well I kicked it off at about midnight on a pitch black and snowy night. As anyone who's done this drop off will know you have to stay below a certain altitude, marked by a horizontal black line.

 

It was ok getting out to sea where the first drop was but once I'd left land behind me I couldn't see a damn thing and had to rely purely on my altimeter to keep me from crashing down into the water, it was a good thing I was in a seaplane because I did touch down a few times but I eventually made the first five drops. Unfortunately I had a bit of a moment after that and managed to screw the plane down into the water and wreck it but Lady Luck was with me and as it happened I was right next to my yacht so I took the Swift to the next Dodo.

 

The second plane's deliveries went by no worries although there was still bugger all visibility, the morning sun was starting to shine but rather than helping it just turned all the morning mist into a thick impenetrable cloud, but when it cleared it felt good to make the last couple of deliveries over a beautiful pristine snowy landscape with a job (sort of) well done behind me.

Managed to kill four players in same ceo while being OTR this morning. Hit them will the rocket voltic while they were standing around.

Driving my ratted out white Elegy retro in passive mode with a player driving a white 4 door Sultan (one of my favorite cars) with snow tires doing donuts and figure eights in the snow together, like matching move for move passing through each other because one player was in passive.

 

It was pretty cool but after a while I was like it been cool but I gotta go make some money.

Was playing with my second character. Felt festive so I dressed up for the season. Invited some randoms and did some vip work. After a bit of missions that went fairly well I tried to join some heists. Things didn't go that well there but I was able to help a couple get that prison plane.

 

I got dropped into a lobby with a buddy after that. I don't know the guy but the blue circle tells me he's ok and I must have worked with him at one point. We meet up and have some good snowball fights. Really good fun.

 

 

He didn't stand a chance.

A little compilation of bugging players on Christmas with snowballs, seeing how they'd react to them. The average result was me getting shot at, but there were still some good apples during the making of this. And I made a new friend during it too.

Not much of a story, just a nice instant karma moment.

 

Was buggering around in free roam with my new Tempesta when someone invited me to a race. I accepted the invite, thinking a snow race could be fun. It's a level 47, 108 and a level 50. I decided to try out my new toy for the race, and I'm glad I did. At the first corner, some hotshot in an X80 tries to either ram me or cut me off, since I was taking a wide line into the corner. He failed horrendously. Not sure why he thought such a light RWD car like the X80 could pit an AWD car in the snow.

 

I'm fairly sure he took someone else out with him, so I got a massive lead on the pack and the Tempesta handled the snow brilliantly. Easy win. Onto the next race, a Stunt Race. No snow in Stunt Races, so the X80 guy should handle a bit better this time.

 

Right off the start line, I form a lead, since I was the only one to get the boost start. This lead doesn't last long, as some guy in a Tyrus is slipstreaming me. He flies past so I start slipstreaing him to return the favour. When I nearly overtake him he swerves violently into the rear of my car. I do a full 360 and keep my lead while he spins out, causing another pileup. Another easy win!

 

Moral of the story: Don't mess with the Tempesta, especially when you're using a RWD car.

Just joined a public session with only one player, as soon as i loaded in he asks me "who are you?", i reply "what do you mean?" and after a second he leaves. Felt kinda weird.

I actually managed to pull off that electric key source mission stealthily, The roamer guy always screwed me over but this time I killed him and another guy with one bullet so he wasn't around to see a body. The key was of course on the very last guy I killed, but it's nice you don't get pursued if you do it stealthily

its almost all gone though...on cars

 

so, i still need to buy the new nero and nero custom(yes, i want both) and when it comes out the regular specter...and the new progen probably

 

i also will either buy the BF raptor or canis kalahari....meaning i still need to earn loads of milions, but wow, the progress means i actually made at least 5 million in the past week.

 

soon the cars will all be done and i will be saving money for coming cars, wishing for more car space again before i know it

Random joined my ceo. Source a car, he wants to drive. Okay. I get in the buzzard giving him air support. He is chased by npc shafter, helicopter and two players. Giving my best to keep all busy, fly in a power mast. He delivered the car with 0$ damage. In the snow. That guy needs to give me driving lessons.

Today a fun attempt at doing a full criminal mastermind run....thanks to loads of bad communication from the so called leader currently 3 of 4 are in the chat they are supposed to and we only passed fleeca....thank god i already did my cmc so i do not really care how it goes, but really, how people fail at propperly planning cmc is beyond me.

 

also apperantly one of those 3 in the chat is apperantly to shy to talk....

 

Now i am supposed to be online in 2 days because so called leader is gonna go on a day trip and wants to finish the cmc run as soon as possible.....talking about backwards logic

 

to be fair, they did not waste to much of my time, but i am not sure if i should laugh or cry.

 

either how if this cmc run is ever gonna be properly completed before this year is over i change my forumname to TheCrankyGaylord.

LMAO, really. Humane Labs - EMP. My crewmates and me. We did it 100+ times, but today it was special, really special.

The carrier awaits. It's night - it's snowing. Visual range = 0. we went through the carrier without any issue like always.

Everyone gets in his Lazer - host gets in the Hydra.... and the absurdity started....

At this point we all were giggling through voice/textchat! - until:

Well, have a little interesting story for you lot.

 

Driving my Tampa around, decide to run up on some randoms (purely testing the waters). Of course, a level 150 fires a rocket at me- which missed, and after getting away I sent him the message "lol try again".

 

Cue the dramatic chase.

 

This is on the winding roads out by Zancudo. In the snow. And I'm in a muscle car.

 

Fun.

 

Anyway, I'm laying Proxies all along the road, trying to get lucky. Sadly, none take him out. I look in the rear view and see a bike closing the distance with its rider prepping a Sticky Bomb.

 

Now here's the funny part.

 

I brake to make a turn, and this biker ends up eating my bumper, followed by "Onyx Cuda killed a Prospect _______"

Me & GTAF Crew beat the crap out of a MC gang today because they were ganging up on me during a piracy prevention. It was awesome till a stupid modded account came in and thought he was the sh*t. Of course he was playing dirty, that's what they all do. Preventing their little KD yet it was modded. Dressed like a ugly character as well, skull face tattoo and red eyes. Typical of course, but that's besides the point. Good Sh*t to those who helped me out, you know who you are. I owe it to you guys!

My adventures today.

 

Decided to join in some activities. Join randoms in prison break. Ready up right away and get 15%, get put as pilot. Yay all I have to do is take off, fly in circles, land and takeoff again, don't even need to fire a bullet, easy. Somebody Failed 4-5 times before the ground team could get out of the prison. Somebody leaves. What a waste of time. Incompetent players.

 

Get invited to CEO organization. Go to his office and see someone outside who's not in the org. I engage in a friendly snowball fight. They (Rank80) pull out their gun and blast me (rank50). Ok, I spawn in and kill them back to back until they go passive. Not exactly sure how many times it took, 4-5 times probably. Guy didn't know what was up, he didn't stand a chance and I was only trying to have a friendly snowball fight.

 

4 of us in organization now. Ceo is around 80 while the rest of us were around 50. Guy was buying 3 crates at a time back to back. They were all slow as hell moving these crates. Buy after buy but no jobs. What a greedy f*cker I thought. Only working on crates to make himself money not running jobs inbetween to pay the rest of us. Selfish prick, what a bad boss. I left and joined another activity.

 

Joined randoms in prison break, again. Ready up right away but this time the boss gives himself 0% and the rest of us a good share. I'm the prison officer this time. Make the drive to the bus and before my team could get to the prison the pilot fails. Ok, I'm trying this patients thing so I'll give them a chance. They got better but failed 5-6 more times before we could even leave the prison. Each time I had a good kill count and was on top with about double the kills sometimes more. *sigh* pilot crashes again. I'm done and leave, pretty sure my cut would have been 150k but I'm only wasting so much of my time.

 

Mess around in freeroam a bit quick join another heist.

 

Prison break, again. here we go again. Put as pilot everything is going well. Jet incoming so I fly around the buzzard. Buzzard is using the guns ends up getting destroyed, I left right there.

 

TLDR: today's game session was a complete waste of time. Incompetent players and greedy selfish bosses. I'm not sure what I find to be worse, incompetence or greed or in the case of the CEO I was working for, Both.

Not sure what thread this belongs in but just had a weird one. Was AFK so left my character watching TV in my garage, when I came back there was an NPC guy crouching and crying next to my toolbox, also evidence of an explosion and wheelspin in the middle of the garage floor and one of my cars (The Viguero) looked like it had been moved as it was was out of position - photos below.

I am on X-Box1, wasn't the garage glitch that enabled people to access other people's garages via under the map plugged - if it was ever an XBox glitch? I almost feel violated.
