Just got round to finishing heists. Done them in order and with the same people. Didn't get loyalty or in order bonus even though one of the other players got both and the host/setup guy got loyalty.

 

I know this thread is to talk about your stories etc but I don't want to talk about it. The tears are real.

After alot of time I was in a public lobby with 4 people, I saw let's get the HPV, I saw a level 130 (more or less) coming by, he starts shooting me and I tell my self, f*ck that I don't want problems, and I went on passive just before getting killed.

 

Then I went out passive and killed him because I wanted that HPV, he killed me twice (admit he was good, and I didn't play against others for over two months) we ended up showing off our cars with two other guys in the lobby. And this guy said that he just bought 3 megalodon shark cards.

 

Then my internet kicked me out of the lobby.

Want to thank Rockstar Support. Asked them to remove my Seashark and Suntrap from my Pegasus vehicles. Today I got notified that those two were removed. Apparently there's no problem when someone wants to delete something.

just started playing the online version after finishing the story mode twice

 

was on level 3 the other day and and only $5k or so in the pocket

 

then was driving around town near the maze bank or summin' and saw this player by the name of ____lover (can't remember the rest only the last part) standing around while holding a menacing looking gun. honked at her (was trying to annoy her to start a fire fight), got out of my car and before i can whip out my gun she got into my car on the driver's side so i quickly get back in the car and she drove all the way to this place (the merryweather compound. featured in one of the set-up for a heist). its somewhere on the northeast of the map

 

arrived at the complex and she proceeded to ram down the shutter on one of the building near the carpark and somehow got through and continued to ram into piles of boxes in that room and voila!!! tens or hundreds of bundles containing $40k each started to spill out of the boxes and it keep spilling out after we get out of the room

 

the bundles keep appearing and after recovering from the shock i of course started to collect the bundles merrily until a few minutes later 2 players arrived ( theyre an Arab guys cos all this while they were on the air talking to each other) and started to collect it as well. i thought of killing them but glad i didn't so we just went around collecting the bundles of money while over the "intercom" i can hear how excited they were

 

in the end when the bundles stop appearing, i managed to collect more than $18mil. should be more if the Arabs didn't turn-up. yup. from $5k to $18mil in less than few minutes. the odd thing is , while we were frantically collecting the bundles of $$$, she just stood there holding her rifle and didn't join the party. ah well..her loss then

 

so thinking this was all just a glitch or an error and the money can't possibly be in my character account, i signed out, left it for a few hours to go do something else more productive, then went back online and voila!! the money's there

 

so after reaching level 5, i bought meself a nice apartment, a few of my fav vehicles (Bugatti Z-Type anyone), loaded up on some nice firepower and total character makeover with a new suits and pants and nice oxford shoes

 

needless to say, i went back to that place and try to ram down the shutter but didn't manage to get in and no more $$$$ appears. may go again and try a few more times to see if the glitch will happen again

 

 

ok. thas what happened. how from a pauper my character now practically a millionaire at just level 10. and now i'm driving around in the red Monroe

Defender mission - I get into a Buzzard, dude runs into the blades on the tail and kills himself. He gets into his Hydra and destroys my Buzzard. Then he crashes. Okay, restart. He destroys one Buzzard, gets into the second and deliberately kills me with the blades. I think to myself - I can't let this asshole get the money. So I hop into my Savage, kill the helicopter we should defend, and kick him. What a f*cking idiot.

well..i didn't start the game looking for ways to earn easy money. as a matter of fact i was planning to go easy step by step from below, robbing stores for instances ( did that a few times), started a race with other players which i didn't give a damn whether i win or not, do the simple Simeone missions, you know, the repossessing jobs, the bread and butter of would be gangster..and i was happy with my muscle car, the Sabre...

 

then that thing happened. so you meant to say i shouldn't pick-up the $$$$$ when it started to rain down? and you can honestly say that you wouldn't if it happens to you? i don't think so. its there so you take it. but you don't look around for glitches or cheats to progress quickly. i never did that in all the games that i've ever played including the gta. wheres the fun in that?

This is not a happy story.

 

Last night while in a public lobby I received an invite for The Humane Lab Raid. It is on my list because I can get vehicles I want for completing it. I accept the invite. When I get in I see that the host has it set on hard. Okay, I can deal with that.

We get to the Valkyrie and get in. The pilot then proceeds to hit the house with the helicopter, thankfully did not damage it. We fly towards the labs all the while the other two players are shooting off the guns. I am part of the ground crew so when we get to the drop site the other member of the ground crew and I jump. Everything goes well from jumping to getting off the elevator. We get close to the door to the cooling tunnels and we get "Heist Failed, Valkyrie Destroyed". We all vote to try it again.

 

The second time everything goes well, we are in the cooling tunnels heading towards the beach, "Heist Failed, Valkyrie Destroyed". Again, we all vote to try it again. Again everything goes well and we get to the beach and I see finally see why the Valkyrie keeps getting destroyed, the co-pilot is still in the helicopter. IMO, the co-pilot should have been on a mountain top with his homing launcher shooting down Merryweather and then the Valkyrie would have never been destroyed the first two times. We shoot flares and it takes a minute for the pilot to get over to us. As we are flying off is when more Merryweather come. All of us start shooting the guns to kill Merryweather and then a little while later it is just me shooting to kill Merryweather, no one else is shooting. Merryweather ends up blowing the Valkyrie up.

 

I was like screw this, three strikes and you're out. I backed out and went back into freeroam.

 

I am hoping I can get into that raid again today but I hope there is a competent crew as well.

Pretty sure you encountered a modder. If you're on PC or last gen people can spawn bags of money using "modding" tools. Them taking you to Humane Labs is probably just for the hell of it. Must be an exciting time. Empty garages are a ton of fun to fill regardless how you get the money .

As many of you already know the criminal mastermind challenge is one of the hardest and most rewarding things in GTA Online. I Just completed mine last night and man was it an adventure.

 

My Team: I couldn't have wished for a better team, every single person was competent and we all worked together and communicated well throughout the hesits

• Ender
• BigWop813 (Big) he was was a very generous host who gave us 25% throughout all the finales
• myself
• our Leader/MVP: he didn't want to be named so we will call him anonymous (anon): throughout the heists he knew the best way to do things and would direct us when we didn't know. It would have been a lot more difficult without him.

Even with all the lag, connection issues, and general glitches we were able to complete this challenge. Im sure that these guys have their own highlights and funny moments but here are the ones that stood out from my perspective.

 

Here are the best highlights from our adventure. The pacific standard is the craziest.

 

 

 

The Prison Break Finale

I was the pilot, anon was demolition, big and ender were in the prison.

 

Run1

We all did our jobs correctly and were all meeting up at sandy shores. I was dodging cop cars on the ground while in the plane, big and ender were dodging cops while in the truck, and anon was obliterating cops as fast as they spawned. Big and ender parked the truck in front of the plane, I forget which one of their characters glitched, but one of them glitches right into the propelers when trying to enter the plane and we turned our consoles off to preserve progress.

 

The completed run

I was following behind the jet and didn't need any protection, so instead of shooting down the jets anon went and absolutely obliterated a good portion of the guards in the prison which really made it a lot easier for big and ender.

Keep in mind that anon lives in a completely different timezone then then big, ender, and myself. I had a long day at work and it was probably 2am-4am in the morning so i was absolutely exhausted, while anon was at the prison i feel asleep while flying the plane for about 30 seconds and woke up before flying the plane into the ground.

 

Humane Labs deliver EMP

anon told us that he would go in alone and eliminate everyone. Big, Ender and myself waited on the nearby mountain and zoomed in on our maps. All we saw was anon being an absolute BOSS and dots were disappearing left and right. The setup was completed with no problems all thanks to anon.

 

The Pacific Standard Finale

We get through the actual heist, anon collected all the cash because he could protect it the best. We get out of the bank and were able to have three of us push forward and one of us cover the back. We get to the bikes anon drives one, Ender drives another. I drive the other with Big in my passenger seat. The original plan was to have anon drive a bike while the three of us find a car and follow, we couldn't find a car so we had to wing our escape. Anon flys ahead, me and big are trying to keep up, Ender is in the rear and just getting swarmed with cops. At the beginning of our escape were dogging cops and trying to stay off road to avoid as many as possible. One of the cops manages to ram Big and I, big falls off, the bike goes flying and so do I. We thought we were done but the cops were slow to get out of the car, Big and I were able to shoot them and get back on the bike. We go off road and ram through fences and go off small jumps and are getting closer to the train tracks. We go a little ways, at this point Ender is still getting absolutly swarmed and having a hard time keeping up. Because our original plan was me driving a car since I knew the route, Ender didn't know the way. Im trying my hardest to give Ender directions but its hard to concentrate on finding the train tracks while escaping and give good directions. I drive too far and go through the long tunnel on the train tracks. On the other side I climb up a mountain. The top looks very dangerous. There are two of us on My bike, the cops are closing in and with nowhere to go I hope for the best and just jump off the cliffs. It was a miracle we didn't die. Im jumping off cliffs left and right while dogging boulders/trees and somehow make it to the boat. In mean time anon has already made it to the boat and is holding off the cops. Big is covering me while i look at the map and can now actually give good directions to Ender. Ender goes through the tunnel and is swarmed with all the cops that were closing in on me and Big before we made our cliff jumps. Ender tries his best to get to the boat but we ran out of time. No big deal now we know the right way to go.

 

The Final Run

Everything runs smoothly this time. Ender hops on the back of anon's bike while Big is on the back of mine. We go the tracks and get really close to the boat. We have to drive down a steep hill to get to the boat. Anon is already at the boat. Im about to drive down the hill when Big falls off and rolls all the way down the hill while bumping into rocks, he survives and I pick him up. It was hilarious to watch. we get to the boat and drive into the distance.

 

 

 

After all the craziness that went on throughout the journey we were somehow able to complete the challange. After the finale we launched our fireworks from our firework launchers and drove off in a limo! A fitting ending for that quest. There were many other awesome moments, and more times when anon was an absolute boss. The key to the whole thing was our ability to communicate and cover each other when we needed it, and anon's advanced knowledge of the heists.

 

It was about the 10mil bonus, but it was also about completing something hard and have a blast doing it. My team was amazing they were all great communicators and just a lot of fun to play the challenge with. Our adventures won't end with this challenge, now we will keep doing heists and missions and trying to complete more challenges. What an adventure!

The time I have, means it's difficult finding a crew. Nothing to do with levels, only a common interest, at the very least, in order to work towards an ultimate aim. Some will join for one setup and leave.

Seems like your experience is one that was envisaged, by Rockstar, when creating the heists. Sounds too good to be true but I've experienced it with missions... When it flows and everyone's watching each others' back...it's incredible satisfaction. Thanks for sharing.

yeah. i have to admit that i'm pretty thrilled to stumble upon the money. but then, i went back to my "usual" ways. robbing stores, keep my heads down so to speak, avoiding unnecessary confrontation with looney players, still just doing simeone and gerald missions, you know, the simple ones...

 

that money doesn't go to my head. what i'm really glad is i'm able to get a pad of my own. i haven't even fill-up my garage. just 3-4 cars in there currently (mostly the vintage one. the gullwings merc is drool-worthy!) and i'm still driving around with my Sabre...love that car. it has character compared to all those fancy supercars that most high-level player drive...

 

i'm on ps3 btw. so it seems the modding still works on it. wouldn't mind if i happen to stumble upon it again..heh

 

and i'm still looking to make money on my own by robbing stores, joining races, shooting at passers-by..the usual...

Some Scandinavian guy's dropping money bags, taking away our weapons, spawning blimps, blowing up everything around, blitzing around the map at the speed of light in a Pento, walking around with a Christmas tree and floaty, spawning all of the players to the same location to give us all money just because he can, etc.

 

It's quite amazing what he's doing as I type this message. GTA: Online is essentially this man's bitch.

 

UPDATE: Two blimps are in the middle of the road and players are begging for more money (greedy bastards). The modder is floating around the map like Jesus.

Do you seriously think that money came from boxes?

She wasnt takin that money becouse she was the one that gave that money for you.. she was modder and the money wasnt probably coming from boxes. It happens for everybody in everywhere.

Today I was just standing in the side of street and suddenly modder jumped out of my characters body and money started dropping. He gift me

10 million dollards. I wasnt askin no money. I dont know who he was. He just literally jumped out of my characters body, made money bags dropping for me, I said "thanks" and then he disappeared. It looked like he jumped from my pocket like some f*cking pokemon.

Today my character went back into his "tactical mode" after 6 months! Repeated Crystal Clear Out II and III for about 3 hours non stop with only snipers. Practicing my aiming skills. Once I had made over $200.000 and ranked up to 302, I cruised around San Andreas eventually ending up at the Vespucci Canals where I took this snap before calling it a day

Ok, don't be to rough if this isn't the area to post this but,

 

I actually had a very positive result when i recently submitted a ticket to R* for the first time.

 

I did the daily objectives this past weekend and didn't receive one of the three DLC reward shirts.

I submitted a ticket explaining the situation, they replied within one day and asked me to reset my console and re-install the game data. I told them i did restart my console but would not re-install my game data as it likely would not help, takes forever, and my time is valuable. They then, to my surprise, replied that they had given me my missing shirt!

 

I honestly expected to be told that, because i wouldn't follow their procedures i would not be given the missing shirt, and i was ok with that. I figured the shirt wasn't worth the time to sit there re installing the game....i work almost 24/7 and over 12 hrs a day.

 

 

I thought some positive feedback regarding R* might be a new change.

Came into a lobby where two players were griefing others in their Insurgent Pickup. The came to where I was and killed me. I respawned, saw that they were chasing after another player, who they happened to kill, right near me. They then turned towards me again. This time I had my assault shotgun ready and I was also hiding behind a wall. I killed the driver first, then killed the gunner. Then I stole their Insurgent and drove it to the beach where I jumped out and it went in the water.

 

I looked on my radar and a car with two players are coming fast towards me. I want to hide behind a wall but I do not have time. Again I pull out my assault shotgun and before the passenger could get out of the car he was dead. Next came the driver. He tried to hide behind his T20 but was unsuccessful, he was killed.

 

Normally I do not blow up PV's unless it is a Zentorno or a Panto, but then I turned my attention to his T20. I pulled out my grenade launcher and blew his T20 up. I did not mind paying the $27,500 in this case. I changed lobbies after that, but it was fun.

A Coil Brawler challenged me to a drag race in my Surano.

 

Fast things those things. Or maybe it was me trying to not hit him.

 

Also drag racing from Richards Majestic to the Pier is fun. You folks should try it out.

Paleto Bay, Paleto County, San Andreas, November 2001

I walked out of my residence today, feeling anew. With the country still up in arms over the World Trade attacks, a minute of a calming sense was exotic at the time.

As I walked over to my Declasse Moonbeam, I got in, starting the engine. I turned on the car, and this started playing.

And for a second, the world stopped. It felt like I was in Liberty City in the late nineties, dark, late at night, hearing sirens echo in the distance....

Just pulled out of Richards Majestic and all the cars down the street double-spawned; there were at least 10 on top of and inside of each other, and they flipped over and over until there were bits everywhere. Nothing exploded though!
