LOL i don't listen to the radio much in game but i jumped into a random car trying to chase down my mechanic in blaine county and i immediately recognized the song playing as the Johnny Cash song "General Lee" which was made for the 1981 Dukes of Hazzard soundtrack album LOL.

yeah it is, although this is a much more direct reference imo since it's a song about the general lee that was actually created for a dukes of hazzard soundtrack. i still have an original copy of that on cassette

as i said, i don't listen to the radio very often and when i do it's the rock station. i i did not know the song was in the game.i also said i knew the song was on a dukes of hazzard soundtrack so of course it's a reference. what shocked me was that it was in the game.
