I was taking part in a race and slipstreamed the leader on a straight to pass cleanly but he deliberately swerved to hit my rear 3/4 and spin me out. As I'm new to online I wasn't sure if there is a way to leave feedback on good and bad players. There was a vote after the race but I think thats for if you like the track? Racing in GTA (really shouldn't even call it racing, more like demolition derby) isn't about speed or driving skill just outlasting everyone else and not being run off the road...
