Making NPCs fight each other

Sometimes I try to make the NPCs fight each other but it's tricky. They need to be the aggressive ones who start fighting if they get pushed, then you run into one and make him knock the others down, then they all start fighting with each other.

 

 

Anyone else do this? And any other ways to get them to fight?

Yeah when there's a few all fighting it's pretty funny. It's a fun little mini-game.

used to do it in gta iv but havent had success doing it here

did it and call the cops they got killed tho

on the bridge i punched a truck driver door and he got out tried to punch me instead hit someone else car,both was fighting.After that I called cops and for some reason they only killed the truck driver.
