I am trying to compile a complete list of vehicles that you can own, but can not purchase for GTAV online. I have found some information, but most of it is scattered. Please help out with make and model and some info about where and how you found it and I will update and maintain the list as we go.Thanks

Supposedly the recent patch fixed the ability to put a tracker/modify the Sheriff SUV, but I haven't tried to steal one since.

The sherrif SUV kinda sucks anyway. You might as well get a regular granger since you can at least max out the acceleration on it. You can still have 4 people hang on the outside of it too, so there's really no bonus to getting the police SUV

You CAN purchase the Obey Rocoto, and or find one around Rockford Hills.

The Elegy R8H can be ordered online for free once you own a house or garage. I don't know which one. All I know is once I bought a $200,000 dollar apartment I was able to order the car online for free.

The Elegy is free.
The mesa will set you back $7,500.

Once I have enough on this list, thats what I planned on doing, but started yesterday with only a few cars so it will be evolving as we go. Stay tuned...

It be cool to include where they can be most likely found (Include Pictures) and what you can do Mod-Wise to them. Am trying to find a BF Dunebuggy.

 

Also I guess the reason you would want a Police SUV is to either have all players in a Mission take the same vehicle and/or because the Sirens help keep the NPC's in cars out of your way.

You can't 'buy' the Mesa, calling in mercenaries costs $7,500. It's better to just do the Titan mission, make $ and RP while getting the Jeep
