why do I get 2 stars when I leave my garage?

Happened to me a few times. I think it was a car simeon wanted, and those always give 2 stars. Totally guessing

They purposely made Simeon want the best non-premium cars.

 

So you steal them, spend money customizing them, and upon realizing it's a pain to lose the cops every time, you will spend even more money on a premium car like a good consumer.

Sounds like mentioned above but the pavement at Tinsel Towers garage is always littered with people and the driving out animation, that you cant control, often kills a few which is always good for an instant wanted level. Although I think you would notice that

I have delivered a Patriot to Simeon before.

 

I recently customized a Patriot and saved it. I get a wanted level every time I leave my garage with it.
