If GTA Online happened a few months before the single player story, how come I can watch Tracy on Fame or Shame?

Yeah, I saw that too. Lazlo was begging people to vote for her and she ended up losing to Masturbating Monkeys.

I don't think GTA Online could have started before the single player story. Lazlow's hair was also cut in Fame or Shame from Michael going berserk on him in the story mode which was near the end.

Good eye, OP - I have yet to watch TV - well except for the endlessly entertaining Weasel News.
