Apparently health bar is based on rank so it can't be health that's affected by strength.

 

Stronger fist fights?

Apparently it does the following

 

Stronger Melee Damage

Fall From Higher Heights Without Ragdolling (Falling On Face)

Absorb Less Damage (Guns, Melee Weapons)

 

It's good to have as I jump of higher heights now without face planting

and I don't get hurt as much when shot so it helps on survival
