Play music on your iFruit!

R* should implement the custom XMB Music since they are going the way of EA anyway.

Like NFS : Most wanted you create a playlist of songs, most likely the ones you want to hear ingame.

Those songs can pop up in the car as a cd radio station or you plugging your iFruit into the AUX port and playing it from there.

they should also put those swagfag headphones to use, so you can walk on the street bumping to tunes on your iFruit.

I think its kind of weird they have such a hi-tech phone (Iphone), but no music options. -__-

I agree. For most EA games I play, I always change the music to my own. The only music station I like in this game is rebel radio and it's already getting repetitive. I like the mp3 idea though.

San Andreas on PS2 had a custom music station FFS.

PLAY STATION TWO. Inexcusable especialy since R* has terrible taste in music and we are forced to listen to it. Hell, I would've been happy if we could listen to the original score but apparently they thought only playing the score when you're flying was enough.

The more I play this game the more this game seems like it was just too ambitious for R*. While it has a lot of content, it's lacking basic features and contains bonehead design decisions.

Tbh San Andreas had a sick soundtrack anyways.

Compared to GTA 4 or 5 sure, but pales in comparison to the ability to play your own music.

The thing is, GTA 4 on PC had a user FM. I know this is consoles, but come on we have hard drives on consoles with music. This should have been a priorirty on console. In fact, I wonder how much of the 300 million budget was used to pay the musicians for the radio in GTA 5. I say scrap ALL the artists except for talk radio and commercials in the next GTA game, and give us either internet radio stations or let us fill up our stations with our OWN music.

Would rather they just added some more songs that mixed into the GTA style chat and commercial breaks. Wouldn't feel like GTA if I had my own music blasting while I am playing.

Hey, I actually like discovering new music in GTA games, 90% of the songs I like are from the GTA series. But yes an option to upload custom songs would be nice. Oh and more radio news.

I never thought about that regarding the headphones - we should indeed be able to listen to music when on foot! Good idea OP :)

And yes, I wish we could add our own music, the in-game music is pretty good, but I'm already getting tired of it. Hopefully that will change after a while when more important issues have been sorted.

Spotify integration.

With some money thrown in the right direction and a little code, it's literally that simple.
