Why is there 6 bike racks but we can only use 3?

Sucks pretty hard thought it was a bug only for me then my friend tried buying bikes and same only 3 max

It takes up 2 stacks per bike. What do you need 6 bikes for? Just buy a BMX and two other good bikes.

You can actually use all six, but you have to bring bikes in manually. Basically once you fill the first three with purchased bikes you have to get a bike off the street to store it.
