Can't contact Mors Mutual Insurance

I just drove my Entity XF out of my apartment and some idiot put sticky bomb at the floor infront my garage and blow me up, I try to call Mors Mutual Insurance to claim back my car but i received "Our Operators are on call right now,please try again later" WTF is that why this happen?

try going back into the garage. i think if you are blown up before the animation can continue, it never really leaves the garage.

The only two things I could suggest are clearing your cache and getting into a new lobby

 

and if that doesnt work, you can put insurance on more than one vehicle yes? (I cant remember...) Get a cheap new vehicle (maybe a bf injection, I hear the insurance is real low on that) and put insurance on that and try to make a claim. See if your other car comes up as an option.

 

I had one car around the beginning launch of GTA online that I put a good bit of money into and got insurance for. When I came out, and the game was telling me about insurance, the prompter got interrupted (somehow, I cant remember) so the number for Mors Mutual was never put into my phone book. When I got insurance again on another vehicle, it finally appeared but it was like the car I got insurance on never existed.

find a new session. this happened to me.

it does not bother me because they end up paying almost $8,000 for it. and all you have to do is leave. jokes on you f*ckers.

i think people are just mad you had a nice car and they suck at earning money.
