I can't play GTA Online!

It might be best to move this to trouble shooting, but here is my issue. I can't get on GTA Online. I've done everything!

 

-I can sign in PSN

-I can play any other game online (runs to perfection)

-My net speed is fast and I'm having no issues with it

-I've used two different discs, so that's not the problem

 

I can play any other game flawlessly. It connects instantly and I can play for hours with no hiccups. Why can't I get on GTAO? I have never-ending loading screens. It just loads and loads and loads. Nothing ever happens. It's been like this for a while now.

 

Anyone know a fix? Anyone else experience this?

Have you tried deleting the game data (not the game saves) and starting over?

No I haven't. That will be my last resort I guess. I could play Online flawlessly for a good week or so, and then my brother came to visit and we played together. He brought his PS3 and we played beside each other. Ever since, I couldn't get online. I've reset both my modem and router, and reconfigured my net on the PS3. I don't know what is up.

If other games are working perfectly fine, I don't see the issue being your internet/router. I would think it's a corrupt game in some way. Deleting the game data won't affect any of your progress. If nothing else fixes it, I would delete both data files, launch the game, let it install the 8GB again and see what happens.
