Why Does Everyone Buy The 400k Apartment?

I would have liked to upgrade the $120k apartment 6 car garage to a 10 car and add a heist room, but stay in the same location with the same styled apartment. Since that isn't possible I upgraded to the $200k mainly for the garage and heist room. I doubt I will change apartments again any time soon.

I bought the 217k (around there) apartment that is situated in the middle of the city, seemed like a good place to have a safe house. I dislike that most of them have the same layouts though. Customization would be nice.

I live on the 100th floor of Weazel Plaza. Great view of the city, vinewood sign in the distance, Del Perro Ferris wheel in the distance. Its my third apartment upgrade, I do miss my little spot in Little Seoul on Vespucci Blvd. Had to get a place with a f*cking planning room though.

 

I would rather live out in Senora Desert though, but you can't.

I dont understand why half the lobbies im in like 7/16 people are sat in their 400k apartments..

I have no idea what makes them buy it when the views terrible and it looks the same as the cheapest 10 car garage/apartment, i sold my 400k one for the 286k one from the trailer. It has a 10x better view and you can actually spectate whats going on in the world through your window unlike in the 400k one where you just see a pixelated view of houses and cars etc

 

the one from the trailer is at escalips tower also but for 391k

 

 

 

Look on the trailer dude, its not that one its the one i own just with a different interior no apartments have. tinsel towers

Bought Tinsel Tower Apt.29 because its very near to LSC. Cost me bout 280k.

But I think that the 80k has the best location.

I bought the 400k one because I didn't know any better. Was back when online first came out. doesn't really bother me seeing as how it's not real money. Plus I've always had fun making the money I've earned. 200k down the drain? Oh well.

I prefer the alta apartment, it's in the middle of downtown so it's everything is only a 30second drive away pretty much, plus I like the view. And it's one the cheapest luxury apartments as well so win-win in my eyes.

I really don't like the entrances to weazel to that was out as far as choice goes. I bought the 391k eclipse apartment bc when I did the very last mission I did to have enough I has 392k so I just went for it. I love the area and the view but now that I have a lot of money I might hop around a bit.
