Why Does Everyone Buy The 400k Apartment?

I dont understand why half the lobbies im in like 7/16 people are sat in their 400k apartments..

I have no idea what makes them buy it when the views terrible and it looks the same as the cheapest 10 car garage/apartment, i sold my 400k one for the 286k one from the trailer. It has a 10x better view and you can actually spectate whats going on in the world through your window unlike in the 400k one where you just see a pixelated view of houses and cars etc

In the 400k house, you can watch your tv, and spectate from another players point of view, as if you're watching a police chase on the news. And you get whiskey, wine, and a bong to rip off. I came for the 400k house, and kept it for the dank.

 

 

 

 

You get all of that in the 200k+ ones... i guess the people who get the 400k one dont even acknowledge the existence of the other apartments and are totally oblivious to the fact they are the same haha

Honestly, the only reason was in speculation of whether or not they will upgrade/add anything. I figured the most expensive one would be likely to get something.

I bought the $400,000 apartment as it was the most expensive and i wanted it. I dont care about the view as i only spend about 30 seconds in my apartment when i first log on then i leave and go free roam outside my apartment.

I think the 391k has the best view in the game, I bought the 400k one first (before the game glitched and stole it from me...) but the view really wasn't that good, so when it came to getting my place back I traded up and got the better view. Wouldn't even think about trading for a different place.

Yeah im thinking of buying the cheaper high end apartment. I saved up for ages because the 400k one looked like it would have a great view but i realise now its simply too high. I can't really enjoy any bypassing chaos as the draw distance is too limited to see anything happening. Id also much rather a sunset ocean view but the 400k just has a view of the city at sunrise. Does anyone know which high end one has the best view of the ocean towards del piero pier? To the people that traded in for a cheaper apartment, did you get back much money after the trade?

when money is as easy to get as it is right now you might as well just get it just to say you have it

That was my logic when I got the 400k lol

 

But then after watching a video the 2xxk one gives the most benefits, 1 block away from Mors Mutual, Helipad, Ammunation and its between two LSC's so I switched, easy choice.

 

Which one is this? I have the 205k apartment. I'd like to upgrade to the one you are talking about.

No, the same does not apply to GTA, as all the apartments from 200k+ are literally the same. While houses in real life are usually different.

Rockstar got bored and only designed 3 types of apartments, low-budget, medium-budget and high-budget.

I bought Apt. 40 (391K one, down to 345K because of the discount from my old sh*tty place) because I didn't glitch one single dime, and after I saw myself with $400K of honest money, I thought I'd buy something for myself. Since I wanted a big garage, I've looked at videos of all the apartments and settled on 40 because of the view.

 

I don't really spend any time in it though so yes, I have wasted $145K more than I could have, but then, I filled up my sniper rifle in Ammo-Nation for $20K. I also wasted a lot of money customizing some cars which I then had to sell for like nothing, to get new ones. It's GTA$, who cares?

I had the 400 k but traded it in for the 2XXk one near the middle of the city since its only 1 block away from a Helipad.

No such thing as "the best one." Some wanted the most expensive one, dollar wise. Others wanted the best view. Others were just more practical and bought the cheapest one.

I have the 391k and love it. View is better than 400k. I had the 205k but upgraded because i bought it in person and didnt pop the achievement. There is something people overlook: garage access. The off the street access for the $205K place was horrible. Getting into your safehouse while evading cops or other players was tricky. It's much easier with the 391k/400k building.

$253 Richards Majestic. Great location. Garage is not right beside the door so if you have a camper waiting to sticky bomb you just exit out the front door and sneak up behind him. I was going to get the $391k but I figure once the stimulus package is handed out everyone will get an apartment there. Its going to get crowded coming in and out and campers hanging around the building.

I have the 335k and one of my friends didn`t like the view, so he got the 391k. Matter of choice, really. Some are just snobs that go straight for the most expensive, but some really like the view.

weazel plaza 101 or eclispe tower 40, both have a good skyline view, one fro the hill, one is more in the city. i got the one view from the hill (apt 40). now i think the other might be more interesting cause u are closer to the ground and see players better...
