Why Does Everyone Buy The 400k Apartment?

I dont understand why half the lobbies im in like 7/16 people are sat in their 400k apartments..

I have no idea what makes them buy it when the views terrible and it looks the same as the cheapest 10 car garage/apartment, i sold my 400k one for the 286k one from the trailer. It has a 10x better view and you can actually spectate whats going on in the world through your window unlike in the 400k one where you just see a pixelated view of houses and cars etc

I bought the 200K apartment. I have no desire to get the 400K and usually I quietly laugh when I hear someone paid double for pretty much the same thing.

 

Maybe one day they'll upgrade the 400K one just so it's actually worth the extra 200K.

In my opinion the highest floor apartment of the 400k building is the best view.

I bought the same apartment... if the apartment with 6 car garage in the bay had views of the water outside I would even downgrade.

Hopefully we get some houses to buy in the future cause I would really be anxious for one of the Chumash beach houses

I bought the same apartment... if the apartment with 6 car garage in the bay had views of the water outside I would even downgrade.

I did glitches and got the second most expensive apartment, just because I tend to be a hipster.

I got the 200k one and it serves me well. And I always get to see people driving by from my windows and some great views at dusk and dawn.

In the 400k house, you can watch your tv, and spectate from another players point of view, as if you're watching a police chase on the news. And you get whiskey, wine, and a bong to rip off. I came for the 400k house, and kept it for the dank.

I had the 400 k but traded it in for the 2XXk one near the middle of the city since its only 1 block away from a Helipad.

All 10 car garage apartments are exactly the same lol, only difference is view and location.

I ended up buying the $256K apartment because of the location, the view, and that it has a heist room. I wanted to buy that $150,000 apartment because it had such a great location but it doesn't have a view and I can't plan heists in it.

The 400k apartment is a lower floor so when looking out your windows you can see more stuff going on in the streets. Some people seem confused that it costs more than an apartment on a higher floor and I assume that's the reason.

 

I figured a lot of people will buy that just because it's the most expensive one you can buy, so I decided to get a 335k apt close to vespucci beach so I can avoid the bulk of people hanging around the 400k in Freetown.

 

I think I'm one of the only ones but I judge apartments by their garage entrance and the area around it.

That was my logic when I got the 400k lol

 

But then after watching a video the 2xxk one gives the most benefits, 1 block away from Mors Mutual, Helipad, Ammunation and its between two LSC's so I switched, easy choice.

I had the 223K one but traded up to the 391K. The biggest thing that bugged me about the 223K one was the garage access. I didn't like how if I went out the door instead of to the garage by accident I had to walk/run in the open for a distance. With the 391K setup the garage door is next to the apartment door. Plus I personally like the view from the 391K apartment the best. I checked all of them out and I liked that one the most.

I have bought it and I really don`t know why. At fist I thought it has to have some cool features, but no. The view is not so great. So once the fist stimulus package comes I will switch to the 205k one. I know it`s probably a waste of cash, but I want something different.

 

Besides GTA Online on Xbox was like a test run for me. I will play it for real when PC version comes out, and yes it will come out eventually.

391k is better than 400k, the other one best view from gta gameplay trailer is not available.

There's 4 apartments in that building. You don't know if all of them bought the 400k one. I bought the 390k one because it has by far the best views in the game.

I got it for location, the one in the middle of the city is too dangerous, so I moved. It's been much better since.
