Hi guys. I just completed the Martin mission Holed Up - Burton, and at the end where you have to deliver Juan, there are some men there with high quality cars, most notably the cheetah. I have yet to identify the others. Simply have a friend when you do the mission, and make sure that he is the one escorting Juan. The go to Martin's house at the delivery point, and there are some black cars that you can get in. You just need to make sure that you are in the car when Juan is delivered. Feel free to add aditional info in the comments as I am yet to discover all the details.

Don't think you can add trackers to the premium cars. It's same as finding them on the streets
