IFruit Car order charged but no upgrades

I made an order on the Ifruit App to upgrade my Sandking XL, it charged me the 72k ingame but i haven't seen a single upgrade from that order, i have taken the car to the mod shop but still nothing.

At the mod shop there should be a "add custom parts" option on the list when you're modding the car.
