it has been confirmed that hackers run around giving people millions upon millions of dollars. They are in fact HACKERS. no farmers, not glitchers but hackers. R* has even commented on this issue saying that anyone who receives the money is fine and will not be banned.

Theres a mod, that allows them to rob convenience stores and set the amount of money they are robbing.for. Then i guess they can set the amount that is shared too.
