So I join a game and apparently if someone has a dunce hat on they are cheaters. The guy was in that cargo plane the huge one not the c130 with a pistol that fired rockets

It's called a headshot.

From the highest point a plane can go? Plus you can't get the plane he was on without glitching or modding it

No, the hat is for "bad sports" . not cheaters

The Titan? You can buy that from the website for 2 mil.

The Titan -is- the C-130. OP said he wasn't flying that.
