About the "Bad Sport" system...

I was playing GTA:O yesterday, and a player kept putting a $9k bounty on me for some reason. I was getting rather annoyed, so called in my tank and killed him a few times. This caught the attention of two other players, I assume they were his friends. As I was driving away they ran into the back of my tank, blowing up their personal vehicles. They kept calling Mors Insurance to get their personal vehicles back, and they continued to kamikaze my tank. I knew I was going to get a bad sport rating, so I stopped moving around so they couldn't keep killing themselves by hitting the tank. When I finally stopped, they proceeded to throw sticky bombs all over the tank. I had a few options:

1. Sit there and die
2. Get out of the tank (probably would have died, or get tank stolen. As far as I can tell there is no way to lock your tank.)
3. Move, blowing up their cars
4. Shoot them with the cannon, blowing up their cars

I moved forward because the cannon could't hit them from where they were. I rolled over one of their cars, destroying it. This gave me a bad sport rating.

I think this shows how easily the Bad Sport system can be abused.

Now I am unable to play with my friends, EVEN IN A PRIVATE INVITE-ONLY SESSION, for two days. This is absolutely absurd.

 

Who ever thought this was a good idea? When did GTA suddenly become Grand Theft Roleplay: No fun allowed edition?

someone address the bad sport system to R* that it is flawed and needs to be removed!
