The "Is the money glitch going to get me banned?" topic

I've seen several topics/posts about this issue. I also did A LOT of googling over the issue, and it seems to be split with "yes" and "no", and a lot of inaccurate and photoshopped "proof" of bans.

 

So the question is, for those of you who have glitched money (note: I have not), are the money glitchers going to get:

 

• Banned?
• Thrown in the cheater pool permanently/semi-permanently?
• Thrown in the "bad sport" pool permanently/semi-permanently?

Also, if anyone has some legit info on this issue, please post it here and I'll add it to the OP.

There were Rockstar statement on these, they said that people doing money glitch may be temporarily put in cheater's pool.

i'm not crying. I couldn't care any less if people did or did not glitch. It doesn't bother me (unless I'm being blown up over and over again by a tank ).

I'd bet they'll reset characters/take all the money and cars/mods they've purchased with glitched money. If they were to "get rid of the glitchers", it seems like they'd be getting rid of about 80-90% of the players
