Resetting the record won't do a thing if it can be easily replicated.

 

Find the problem, fix the problem, then reset. And be prepared to go through the same process multiple times.

Yes they have to reset all the races. Currently the award for getting a world record in a race is not possible to get without hacks

It is, but if you do social club will glitch and you will not get the tattoo. I got 3, Double Parking 4 lap, Criminal Records 4 and 8 lap

I managed to get the world record award on a bati before someone did that 1 second fake lap. I forget what my time was. Doesn't look like it lists it anywhere.
