In San Andreas, just parked on the road next to the deathmatch which is just down from the tennis courts.

I can't imagine it is. I've found a bunch of them. Can't say that about the Sultan.

 

Also, don't really get the big deal about the Bagger anyways. It's probably my least favorite bike in the game. I had one for a few days but ended up getting rid of it for a dirt bike.

See this is what i don't get, i've found a load of Sultans but never seen this bike. You can mod the hell out of it, looks really nice
