I was having the same issue of my character getting in the vehicle then getting out of the vehicle as the animation started. Then I lined the vehicle perfectly straight as I could get it to the garage and bam the first 3 times I got it instantly. Worked for me, so try making your vehicles straight forward.

 

Cars that are too big for the Garage wont work but High End Cars will maybe i try it as soon as i can

 

why i cant get rid of the black Bars xD

 

Why would you want to get rid of them? They make it bullet proof.

He means the black bars around his picture, lol

 

 

Heh the snap pictures are so small to begin with I didn't even notice the black bars on each side of the picture. Definitely a overlook moment there.

Haven't been able to make this work yet.. but I'm in a $130K apartment and there's a downward slope getting into the garage. Do you think that would that make a difference?

i live in the Richards Majestic Tower i would suggest first some Trys with a Taxi.

Downward Slope could be the same building

The Van is awesome but so extreme slow.

I would keep it but my Garage is so small only 10 Spots

Slow, but will be damn useful in missions when those super uzis can't snipe you through the windows.

yah I was trying to find something like this earlier that would help, but it is all about hitting the g-spot. Like another poster said, start is useful when you need to move the vehicle.

Pretty much, your guy gets in the vehicle and drives it in. That is when you know you've done it. When your guy proceeds to enter the vehicle and drive it in.

Really want a Cruiser, or FIB Buffalo... yet I really like the lights on the Sheriff Cruiser .... also I own the 10 car on the east side of the airport .... not sure if it matters but could someone please Help...LOL... Headed to bed now guess I'll try in the morning

I saw previously in another post that the unmarked cruises and some other police vehicles spawn at the satellite dishes online just like in sp. Anyone confirm this at all? checking google myself right now to make sure.

 

Ha! Look what I'm now the proud owner of! I think that's the biggest thing I'll be able to fit in there.

 

 

guess that proves you could probably fit a fire truck in there if you wanted too.

 

Some vehicles to try: Dozer, a bus, tractor, a camper(both versions get some breaking bad up in this sh*t), a plane and maybe someone could try a tank as well see if they can get it to work.

If you're on Xbox go to your dashboard and go over to Console Settings > Display Settings and change normal to Widescreen

I'm having the same problem. I have a 10 car garage in Cypress Flats and there is no walk in animation. Not sure if this affects the glitch or not... I'd say it does

I was originally going for the FIB Buffalo but it spawned the FIB Granger twice. I'll replace this Granger with the Buffalo once I see it. But for now, this will do!

I had an FIB Buffalo, but it flipped and exploded instantly down the highway. Cars explode way too easily if you land on their tops in this game. By the time I got back to the satellites, it was past noon and the G-Men had moved on.

-The police riot look like it can sustain a lot of bullet damage.

-Apparently the Granger has bullet-proof windows. (can anyone confirm?)

-The police transporter has barred windows that look bullet-proof. Is this true?

 

If any vehicle is somewhat bulletproof, I may consider doing this.

As for the FIB Granger:

Since this trick seems to work easier when there's no door on the driver's side, I always knock the door out. So I exited the FIB Granger leaving the door open, got another car, ram into the door and... the door wouldn't come off. With any of the other cars the door came off like it was a piece of scrap metal, but the FIB Granger door does not come off at all. I thought that was interesting. Not sure about the bullet proof glass, though.

 

On another note:

I just tried to get a stolen Bullet into the garage. It does not seem to work; it keeps giving me the error that it's a premium vehicle. I have the trick down pretty much and I can get the the police and FIB vehicles in in 3/4 tries, so I think it's just not possible. I'll have to try again with some other cars, to make sure

I am in the 391k apartment and I am in an Invite Only session, but I've heard other people say it also works in a normal session.

Anyone had this work for the Riot Van or is it too big? That thing is the perfect vehicle for a group of 4.. the only way to kill the people inside is to blow the van up itself. The Rhino is for chumps, the Police Riot is where it's at.

Just another small confirmation; it really is your personal vehicle. I just joined a mission while my Park Ranger was out and I got spawned next to it at the beginning of a mission. Awesome

Guys I found a better method. Got a firetruck in the garage this way.

 

1. Park car like normal close to garage

2. Press triangle/Y, if you cannot get out of the car and stand there without the animation triggering, then you need to do the START trick to slowly, I MEAN SLOWLY back your car up until you hit the right spot

3. Tap reverse, press triangle, and repeat until you are able to stand outside the door without the animation triggering, but when you press triangle again to get inside the car, the animation plays after you get inside the car.

 

Then just repeat that last step.

Satellite complex on Thursday just after 10:30 AM. Maybe other days work as well, but that's confirmed.

 

Anyway, I don't think the securicar can be stored. I'm also having issues getting the firetruck in there. I think the tourbus is the biggest vehicle you can put in it. I know the stretch didn't work either.
