Can someone please explain how you would go about rearranging vehicles in your garage? Someone mentioned a couple pages back that the method for getting insurance could be used to it but don't understand how. Also the car that you blow up in the process, do you lose this car permanently? I'm assuming yes but want to make sure. Thanks.

 

Edit: Oh one last question, where does the insured vehicle appear? The same spot that your police vehicle was already parked at or the spot where the vehicle you destroyed used to be?

Okay, here's how to insure the vehicles.

 

Step 1. Get the vehicle you want in the garage.

 

Step 2. Get any other vehicle that can be insured.

 

Step 3: Insure that vehicle, and put it in your garage.

 

Step 4: Take the insured vehicle out of your garage, and blow it up.

 

Step 5: Go back into your garage, and get in the car you want to insure. DONT DRIVE IT OUT YET

 

Step 6: Dial Mors Mutual insurance, and keep it at the menu where you can select the car.(The one you just destroyed)

 

Step 7: Drive out of your garage now, but don't close the mors mutual menu.

 

Step 8 :During the cutscene of you leaving your garage, the menu will pop back up, now confirm it.

 

Step 9 :Re-Glitch your vehicle back into your garage. (This is important, if you don't do this or sign out during this time, you will lose both cars)

 

The car should now be insured after you drive it back out.

which apartment did you use for the buzzard?

280 tower apartment

alright thanks gonna give it a whirl now. When its insured do you delete the dupe to make room for other cars and still have the original insured? or do you have to lose a space.

You can destroy the uninsured one, which is the one in the original spot. The duped one will be insured.

Flipping crazy. The buzzard just spasms out in the driveway (without blowing up thankfully. I think it's invincible during the animation) for a few seconds and then it teleports outside in front of the garage unscathed.

I CAN CONFIRM THIS WORKS.

I will clear up some points now though to make this easier to understand and perform.

 

• Step 1: Get the desired vehicle you want in your personal car garage.
• Step 2: Get any other vehicle that can be insured.
• Step 3: Insure that vehicle, and put it in your garage.
• Step 4: Take the just insured vehicle out of your garage, and blow it up.
• Step 5: Go back into your garage, and get in the car you want to insure. DO NOT DRIVE IT OUT YET!
• Step 6: Dial "Mors Mutual Insurance", and keep it at the menu where you can select the car (the one you just destroyed).
• Step 7: Drive out of your garage now, and the "Mors Mutual Insurance" Menu / your phone will close itself.
• Step 8 : IMPORTANT - During the cutscene of you leaving your garage, the menu will pop back up, now confirm it asap by smashing your A / X button to make sure it gives you the "has been restored at their Depot" message.
• Step 9 : Re-glitch your vehicle back into your garage (this is important, if you don't do this or sign out during this time, you will lose both cars).

The car should now be insured after you drive it back out, plus there probably will now be a non-insured ghost copy of your just insured car in your garage.

 

(Here you can see 2 Riot Vans, the one front upmost is my "insured" one and the one in the back replaced the old car I used to perform this glitch.)

 

I can't actually believe how worth playing this game became in the course of us finding all these cute glitches:

Excellent work. This was an interesting gimmick at first, but now with insurance it’s really quite useful.

 

Now someone just needs to find a way to perma-mod bulletproof tires, 100% armor and turbo onto a riot van.

 

Edit: Got riot van insured. Everything worked first time and it took less than 10 mins. Good job guys.

Hey, I am having the exact same issue you were. Every time I get into the helicopter, my character sits there for a tenth of a second before getting out and walking inside the garage, leaving the helicopter behind. It doesn't seem to matter how close I put it, or at what angle, the same thing always happens.

 

Did you end up figuring out what causes this "forced to get out of the vehicle and walk inside" thing? Or how to fix it?

 

Also, congratz on actually managing this xD

I had hundred times the animation that i entered and after that he just left the buzzard..

But somehow he stayed inside and I had a black screen instead that I have to pick a car to replace.

Did you do something different that time, or did you just keep repeating the exact same thing over and over, with everything staying in the exact same place the whole time, until it just randomly worked?

 

Also, what apartment are you in? I'm afraid of my Buzzard blowing up now when I go to get it insured lol, my apartment is one of the more difficult ones to get it inside.
