I was driving casually, turned down a tiny road and saw all these f*cking mechanics partying, this is why they never bring your cars, too busy having fun.

Kill them. They scratch your car up, sometimes take your car on a joyride, leave the radio on bad stations and charge way too much money

last night i did a mission near the piers in los santos and tried twice to get my mechanic to deliver one of my cars to me and he would call me back saying he can't deliver it to me.

Never tried it! I usually searched for a bus, got ontop and then started mashing the kick button, the bus driver carries on driving and you wont fall off unless he crashes, or alternatively you can get someone else to sit in a car whilst you hit it for like 15mins :)

Mechanics can only deliver a car if you are on a road(sometimes unreliable). If you are on a sidewalk or something, mechanics are unreliable as hell.

See I don't understand that at all, like if I'm tryna steal a fighter jet and get killed, you get spawned in that swamp area, yet he can deliver my car there but not in downtown los santos?

I heard people talking about quickly leveling up strength, glitch. Get a friend to sit in his car and you jump on the hood and start beating the crap out of it and like after 10 minutes you have maxed strength. Id rather get mine the old fashion way.
