Cargobob after lvl 30?

How is it possible to get one, they don't spawn anymore am I right?

The Cargobob is replaced with a Frogger. Can't really lift and steal other players with that, lol

It's by the red dot. Or to the left, not sure. The cargobob has spawned for me(lvl 48) there, and on the helipad by the submarine location

as i said i really Need it . Its a disgrace to all People over lvl 30, at least it should be possible to buy one at elitas travel...

its buyable at warstock and prob at another one too seeing there is a red white one for commercial uses

 

im way over lvl 30 and i still find it at the docks and sometimes at tpi

isnt buyable and as it Looks it doesnt spawn anymore for everyone with a high Level. thats really bad
