There's someone in my session who I cannot hurt.

I can't auto-aim at him (it just doesn't register it) and whilst manual bullets appear to hit him, they don't do anything; no blood, no clear effect on his health. If I throw a sticky grenade at him, or his car, it explodes but.. nothing happens. What's going on?

Invincibility glitch, because he's a no-skill scrub. Just report him so that Microsoft and Rockstar can do nothing about it for you.

I was under the impression that it only applied when you were under the map.

Ran into a turd like that couple days ago. I unloaded on him from a few meters back with assault shotty and his health didn't drop. Then I nearly shat when he pulled out a combat MG and started shooting at me. Luckily, there isn't a glitch or cheat to make you actually able to have some skill and hit your target so I got away.

Was doing this with a few friends earlier today, we all were using the glitch except one, and all were rolling around in tanks. Pretty funny seeing 3-4 guys speeding down the street only to turn the corner, see three tanks and reverse back around that corner and head in the opposite direction faster than they approached. A few brave ones tried to use sticky bombs, and buzzard helicopters, but it was a massacre and a hell of a lot of fun.

Activate passive mode in your vehicle and then kill another player whilst you're in your vehicle preferbly someone else in a vehicle because its easier. Then the passuve mode counts down from 8 seconds get out your vehicle before it reaches 0 an wait for time to run out then get back in your vehicle.

Modders and hackers are not the same thing, modders seek to add new stuff to the game while hackers just want to ruin other people's gameplay with sh*t like invulnerability and infinite money.

 

Modders don't even exist yet for GTA V anyway because it's not on the PC, the only one to blame for all these hackers is Rockstar for not using any anti-cheat.
